In this article you will see how to configure your check-in flow to allow invited guests to automatically transition to the onsite status, without having to be confirmed by a host or the reception.

1. Navigate to Company > Check-in Flow and select the check-in flow you wish to apply this configuration to.
2. Click Edit Current Flow.
3. In the Pending Status add a new transition and set the type to Trigger when all conditions are satisfied. Then set the target state to Onsite and click Create.
4. Now that the new transition has been created, you need to add two conditions to the settings section. A guide on how conditions can be added and how they function can be found here.
5. The two conditions you need to add are has invitation and has valid trusted id. The values for both conditions should be set to True by default.
6. Click Save and then click Publish & Use All Changes.

The check-in flow is now configured in such a way, that arriving guests will initiate the check-in at a kiosk with their QR-code, which confirms that they have an invitation, and then complete the trusted ID verification, as well as any other steps that you may have configured.

The guest will still transition into the Pending status first, but because the two conditions you have set are satisfied, the guest will then be automatically transitioned into the Onsite state.
