Check-in of Guests without Appointment by the Reception

If a guest comes directly to reception without first starting the check-in process at a kiosk or iPad, you can also create the guest manually via the dashboard.

The first step is to click on the manual registration button, which can be used to check-in a guest without an invitation.

The guest's first name and surname must then be entered.

Optionally, the host can also be entered. This is generally recommended as it allows you to track who the spontaneous guest belongs to.

If configured, it is also possible to confirm the compliance documents manually if the guest was given these on site and was able to view them accordingly.

A guest who has been checked-in manually in this way automatically ends up in the onsite state.

Once all mandatory fields have been filled in, the "Check in manually" can be clicked.
