Normally, all of your guests should receive an invitation to an appointment from their host and can then use the QR code from the email to check in. In case they forgot or weren't invited beforehand, they can manually check in using the kiosk or an iPad. However, if this is also not an option, the reception can now manually check in guests via the essentry Dashboard.
Checking in a Guest Manually
- Navigate to the Reception View if you're not already there.
- Click on the Blue Check in Guest button on the top right of the screen.
- Enter all available guest data into the corresponding fields.
- Click Check in Manually
- Confirm the check in by clicking Check-In in the upcoming popup
