Under "Contacts" you will find an overview of the people you have added. Guests who have already been invited to an appointment via essentry are automatically saved as contacts. You also have the option to add new contacts directly in the contact overview.
How do I create a new contact?
To create a new contact, simply click on the "+ Add contact" button.
A pop-up window will then appear, where you can enter the required information. At a minimum, the first and last name, as well as the corresponding email address, should be provided for a new contact so that the contact can receive email notifications when added as a guest to an appointment. However, all fields are optional as long as at least an email or a name is provided.
The date of birth is also optional and can be used to distinguish between people with the same name without the need for reception intervention.
How do I delete or edit contacts?
Existing contacts can be edited by clicking on the corresponding contact in the overview.
To delete a contact, select it and click on "Delete contact."
You can edit the contact information by clicking on "Edit contact."
