First of all, we would like to welcome you to essentry!
Your company uses essentry to facilitate operations at your locations, to professionalize visitor management digitally and to provide customers and guests with a state-of-the-art communication and booking infrastructure.
Setting up your account
If your company has invited you to join essentry, you will receive an email with a registration link. Simply click on the link in the email to complete your registration with essentry.
After clicking on the registration link, the essentry dashboard will open. On the start page, you have the opportunity to check your e-mail address and set a password for your account. You will need this access data later to log in at app.essentry.com.
In the next step, you can check or add your name and telephone number if your company has not yet entered this data. We recommend that you enter a mobile phone number as, depending on the configuration, we will send you notifications by SMS as soon as your guests check in. This number can also be displayed to reception so that they can reach you more easily.
Once you have completed the registration, you can use the essentry dashboard.
Change the language of the dashboard
To change the language in the essentry dashboard, simply click on your name in the top right corner. You can now change the language in the popup. This change will remain for your account until you want to change the language again.
