The essentry dashboard now offers a new layout that makes more efficient use of the available space on the page. This optimization mainly improves the presentation of the reception and guestbook, but also brings a general improvement for all other pages. You can switch between the previous centered layout and the new, modern version at any time.

Activating the modern layout

To activate the new layout, navigate to the “Your data” area in the “Settings” and switch on the modern layout on the second card.

Changes due to the modern layout

In the modern layout, the navigation bar is moved completely to the left-hand side, eliminating the previously unused white space and creating more room for the actual page content. The content of the top bar is also integrated into the new navigation, which saves additional space.

As a result, your user name, which you can use to change the language settings and log out, will be moved to the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. However, the functionality remains unchanged.

Returning to the old layout

If you want to return to the old layout, you can do so at any time. Simply go back to the “Your data” area under “Settings” and activate the centered layout.
