In this section you can find information on how to edit general location settings. You can find these settings by navigating to Company > Locations in the sidebar of the essentry dashboard and selecting the desired location from the list.
General Location Settings
You can edit the name and physical address of your location by clicking on Edit Location. Define the address by entering it in the mask and, if necessary, move the map to define an exact position for the entrance.
Once you are ready, click on Save to finalize the changes.
Location Languages
Each location can have a separate list of enabled languages based on the local requirements. You can only choose languages that are currently supported by essentry.
Each location must have at least one language enabled.
After you have selected the languages you wish to enable, you can set the default language in the drop-down menu.
This language is used as the default for all kiosks and printed visitor badges for that location. Guests will start with that language but can also pick any other enabled language.
