We would like to welcome you to essentry - we are happy to have you with us!

Your company uses essentry to improve visitor management at your locations and to provide customers and guests with a modern communication and booking infrastructure. You have been designated as the Local Admin for your essentry location.

Setting up your account

If your company has invited you to join essentry, you will receive an email with a registration link. Simply click on the link in the email to complete your registration with essentry.

After clicking on the registration link, the essentry dashboard will open. On the start page, you have the option of checking your e-mail address and setting a password for your account. You will need this access data later to log in at app.essentry.com. To complete your profile, enter your first and last name. Check or add your telephone number. We recommend that you enter a mobile phone number as, depending on the configuration, we will send you notifications by SMS as soon as your guests check in. This number can also be shown to reception so that they can reach you more easily. Your registration is now complete. As soon as you have completed the registration, you can use the essentry dashboard.                            

Change the language of the dashboard

To change the language in the essentry dashboard, simply click on your name in the top right corner. You can now change the language in the popup. This change will remain for your account until you want to change the language again.

Next steps with essentry

Invite visitors

Please invite your guests in advance via essentry. This will automatically create an appointment and you will receive notifications as soon as your guests arrive.

Checking in on site will be easier for your guests as they can enter their information in advance and then check in conveniently using a QR code.
