In this article, we show you how to create an additional location for your company.
Creating a new location
- Navigate to Company > Locations in the sidebar.
- Click on New Location on the top right hand side.
- Add your locations address. You will see the map on the side pinpoint your location. You can fine tune the map positioning by clicking and dragging. Click Next.
- Name your entrance and click Next or you can Skip and add entrances later.
- Pair a device to the entrance by inputting the 6-digit code displayed on the device and giving it a name.
- Click Pair Now, or alternatively Skip this step.
Adding Entrances
- Navigate to Company > Locations and select the location you wish to edit from the list.
- Click on Entrances in the sidebar.
- Click New Entrance on the top right hand side.
- Name the entrance and optionally, give it a different address if appropriate.
- Click Create.
- Pair a device to the entrance by inputting the 6-digit code displayed on the device and giving it a name.
- Click Pair Now, or alternatively skip this step by clicking Skip.
Adding Devices
- Navigate to Company > Locations and select the location you wish to edit from the list.
- Click on Entrances in the sidebar.
- Select the entrance you wish to add a device to.
- Under the heading Devices click on Add Device.
- Pair a device to the entrance by inputting the 6-digit code displayed on the device and giving it a name.
- Click on Pair Now.
Each location must have at least one entrance and each entrance must have at least one device to be functional.
