Check-in components
A check-in consists of several components, which can be displayed at the kiosk or already at the time of the invitation.
- Guest verification
The verification must always be done at the kiosk and is always the first step of a check-in. Depending on the settings, this can be determined using the following security features:
-
- ID Verification
- Name and date of birth
- Name
- E-mail address
We recommend verification via an identity card check. With the help of the ID scanner, the document can be checked for authenticity and the person in front of the kiosk can be compared with their ID using a 3D camera.
- Temperature measurement
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have added another optional security check to protect your employees. Just like the verification, this step can also only take place on-site and is always the 2nd step of a check-in.
- Individual questions
Individual questions can be asked on-site and/or already online. We recommend asking questions relevant to the time of the event on-site (e.g.: Have you been in a Covid-19 risk region in the past 14 days?)
- Compliance documents
This module contains documents of any form. They can be displayed on site and/or online. A further option is the signature of such documents (e.g. confidentiality agreement).
Compliance documents can be stored in different languages and summarized in trainings.
Check-in of guests with invitation
If a guest is invited to an appointment with/via essentry, individual modules can be displayed online before the appointment. In addition, the guest receives a QR code (if this option is activated), with which he/she can register at the kiosk and only the parts relevant to him are displayed. This makes the check-in process on site even more efficient and the waiting time of your guests is further reduced.
