The essentry kiosk shows different statuses and problems via status symbols. This way you can easily see if there are problems with the internet or if the printer is out of paper. This page summarizes all icons that can be displayed in the upper right corner of the kiosk.
For your information: Green icons show that a resolved issue will disappear automatically after a few seconds. Red icons indicate active issues. Tap on a red icon to receive further information.

Please insert new cards into the device / Please empty the small drawer on the bottom left side of the device.
Card jam (cards stuck in the device)
Please remove all cards from the stack. Remove the cards from the small drawer on the bottom left-hand side of the device. Open the front flap using the two silver buttons and slide the jammed card out to the front. Make sure you close the flap firmly again - otherwise the kiosk will eject the cards uncontrollably.
