At locations with multiple receptions or a high number of visitors, the Reception view can quickly become crowded. To help you stay focused on what matters most, essentry allows you to hide guests that are currently not relevant for you.
This makes it easier to keep your guest overview clean and organized.
Hide a guest
If you want to temporarily remove a guest from your Reception view:
Click on the guest you want to hide.
In the lower part of the guest detail window, select Hide guest.
Once hidden, the guest will no longer appear in the main Reception overview.
Restore a hidden guest
Hidden guests are not deleted and can be restored at any time:
Use the search field in the Reception view to search for the guest by name.
Open the guest entry.
Select Restore guest to make them visible again in the overview.
