At check-in, the visitor can be presented with various user-defined documents (e.g. safety information, NDAs, house rules, etc.), which they must then read and sign.
In this article we show you how to upload and manage these documents.
Open Company > Compliance in the sidebar.
With Add New Compliance Document you can start the creation of a new document.
Please define a unique name for the document, as it will be visible to all administrators at the different locations. We recommend the following naming style:
Location_Language_Document_Name
Document Types
There are currently 3 different types of Compliance Documents available, which combined with their customizability allow for most cases to be covered. These will be discussed in greater detail below:

Quiz
A series of multiple choice questions which will need to be passed in order to continue with check-in.
Document Details
Each compliance document has settings that can be adjusted. These include the Visibility of the compliance documents, along with their Expiration, as well as Conditions that must be satisfied for the document to be shown.
These Details can be found at the bottom of each documents edit screen.
Adding the Compliance Documents to Check In Flows
Once the compliance documents have been created, they can be assigned to the various check-in flows depending on their use. To do this, the desired check-in flow must first be selected and edited. Compliance documents can be added or removed under the Settings of the respective Transitions.
- Navigate to Company > Check-In Flows
- Select the Check-In Flow that you'd like to edit
- Click Edit Current Flow
- Scroll down to the Upcoming State section and click the Pencil Icon under Settings
- Look for the Compliance Documents section
- Click in the search bar underneath the compliance documents. This will pull up a list of your Compliance Documents.
- Select the Compliance Document that you'd like to appear for this Check-In Flow.
By selecting an element, it is added to the list and is now displayed to visitors at check-in.
