If you process your guests' ID data on the basis of consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) a DSGVO, you can include a consent screen in the check-in process. The consent screen will be displayed to your guests before they scan their ID documents at an essentry kiosk.
To set this up, select Company > Compliance from the left menu bar. From there scroll down to the Declaration of consent to data processing and click on + Create new ID Consent. Create a name for your new document, along with Localized Document Titles for each language it should appear in.
The document can then be assigned to Locations
Assigning the ID document to Locations
Navigate to the Locations section by clicking on Company > Locations.
From there select the location you would like to attach the ID Consent document to. Scroll down to Declaration of consent to data processing and select the appropriate Legal Document. Click Save.
Congratulations, the following screen (sample text) will be displayed to your guests before the IDis scanned.
