Declaration of consent before the ID scan

If you process your guests' ID data on the basis of consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) a DSGVO, you can include a consent screen in the check-in process. The consent screen will be displayed to your guests before they scan their ID documents at an essentry kiosk.

To set this up, select "Company" > "Compliance" from the left menu bar.

Now you can click on "CONSENT DECLARATION REGARDING. ARTICLE 6 ABS. 1 LIT. A DSGVO" you can enter the corresponding text.

Please make sure that you select the correct language and the appropriate heading!

As soon as you press "SAVE", the following screen (sample text) will be displayed to your guests before the IDis scanned.
