In this article you will learn how to lock a kiosk. When the device is locked, only your company logo or background image is displayed. No check-in buttons are visible and guests cannot use this kiosk to check in.
- From the main menu, navigate to COMPANY > DEVICES.
- Select the kiosk you want to lock and click the pencil icon to edit the kiosk.
- Scroll down to the DEVICE MAINTENANCE section and click on LOCK THIS DEVICE.
To unlock the kiosk and allow check-ins again, click UNLOCK THIS DEVICE.
