How can I lock and unlock the kiosk screen?

In this article you will learn how to lock a kiosk. When the device is locked, only your company logo or background image is displayed. No check-in buttons are visible and guests cannot use this kiosk to check in.

1. From the main menu, navigate to COMPANY > DEVICES.
2. Select the kiosk you want to lock and click the pencil icon to edit the kiosk.
3. Scroll down to the DEVICE MAINTENANCE section and click on LOCK THIS DEVICE.

To unlock the kiosk and allow check-ins again, click UNLOCK THIS DEVICE.
