This article covers how to resend invitation emails to invited visitors. You can always resend invitation emails to guests as long as their appointment is in the future.
- From the essentry Dashboard, check your location in the upper left hand corner of the page.
- Click on Appointments.
- Click on the relevant appointment from the list.
- You will see a list of guests on the right hand side of the screen.
- Click the Paper Plane icon next to the guest(s) that need an invitation resent.
- They will now receive a new invitation email.
- Click Back to list, on the upper left of the screen to go back to the Appointments window
