How do I assign a custom field to a section in the reception details view?

By default, custom data fields appear in the Summary and the Host and Appointment sections, as well as in the Additional Information tab. If you want to move a data field to the Host or Guest section, the data field must be customized for this purpose.


Open up the Custom Fields section in the dashboard and edit the custom field by clicking on the pen at the right.

Now scroll down to the VISIBILITY IN FLOW section. There, under the heading "Section for this field", you can select whether the data field should be displayed in the Additional Information area or in the Guest or Host area.
