By default, custom fields are displayed in multiple areas of the Reception Detail View, including:

Host & Appointment
Additional Information
If you want a custom field to appear specifically in the Guest or Host section, you must adjust the field’s visibility settings.
How to Change the Section of a Custom Field
First navigate to Company > Custom Fields
Steps:
Locate the custom field you want to modify.
Click the Edit (pen icon) on the right-hand side of the field.
Scroll down to the Field Visibility section.

Under Section for this field, select where the field should be displayed in the Reception Detail View:
Guest
Host
Additional Information
Once saved, the custom field will appear in the selected section for all applicable guests.
Important Notes
Only fields explicitly assigned to Guest or Host will appear in those dedicated sections.
Fields not reassigned will continue to appear in Additional Information by default.
Changes apply immediately to all future and active check-ins using this custom field.
